INSTRUCTIONS:
). Below are ten suggestions for a ten minute conversation class. Today you the student will choose a subject matter to discuss with your teacher for ten minutes. Then choose another.
). After you have chosen your subject you the student should lead the conversation. During the two-way conversation you should identify moments when you or the teacher use as many adjectives as you can to make the foods sound delicious.
). This task is one of the most difficult tasks a student can be asked to do. Instead of the teacher leading the conversation and teasing out a conversation, the student must initiate and maintain the conversation for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes have elapsed another topic should be chosen and another 10 minute period will commence.
). During the conversation the teacher will of course stop you from time to time to correct you.
). The student should ask questions, give opinions and preferences to keep the conversation lively. Each of your chosen subjects should be no more than ten minutes long.
