INTRODUCTION: During this English lesson we will use the title above to explore the scientific  vocabulary of diet and nutrition whilst introducing or revising the grammar concept of The Future Perfect Progressive tense and its application in speaking English. I have been on a ketogenic diet since January 1st 2026 with the intension of reducing inflammation within my body as part of my strategy to reverse my long term illness peripheral neuropathy. As a consequence of being in a state of ketosis I lost 16 kilos of fat from around my body and internal organs. As a consequence I am much healthier both physically and mentally. Introduction
In this lesson, we will learn words about food and health. We will also practice an English grammar point: the Future Perfect Progressive tense (for example: will have been doing). On January 1st, 2026, I changed how I eat. I started a ketogenic diet to help my body heal and fight nerve pain in my feet and legs. Eating this way helped me burn fat.
