In this week’s lesson we are going to talk about food, food preparation, macro nutrients and your personal likes and dislikes. Let’s start by describing:
- Talk about your favourite foods.
- Talk about you dislikes.
- Talk about what you ate yesterday (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and any snacks you have in between meals.
- Talk about any special dietary needs you personally need. (maybe from the advice of a doctor or nutritionist.
- Explain what you know about macronutrients: Carbohydrates, Proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
